PAT HAULDREN (ALLEY)

I’m Alley, aka Pat Hauldren. I write and/or have published speculative fiction, articles, poems, Japanese Noh Dramas, and short stories.

I teach writing both online and live, most recently at the DFW Writers’ Conference,  the North Texas Speculative Fiction Workshop, and the Frisco Writers’ Group, and in November 2011, I taught 3 writing workshops in The Netherlands.

I’m also a freelance writer and editor. In addition to her freelance editing at EditAlley.com, I’m a book editor and copyeditor at Cyberwizard Productions. I contribute regularly to online media such as Beacon-News.com, North Texas eNews, and Examiner.com.

I’m the coordinator of the Frisco Writers Group and co-founder and coordinator of the North Texas Speculative Fiction Workshop. I’m a past board member and newsletter editor of the DFW Writers’ Workshop and the North Texas Romance Writers. I’m is also a member of the Writers’ Guild of Texas and the Coppell Writers Group and I moderate several online writers’ groups.
